About the role:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate professional to help us achieve our ambitious mission to establish Radioligand therapy as an essential pillar in cancer care. This will be a strategic leadership role responsible for enabling the diagnosis of key insights and barriers in the Canadian Radioligands therapy market. You will foster multidisciplinary customer collaboration across key clinical and leadership groups to accelerate treatment access and enable best patient outcomes.
The role reports directly into the Pluvicto Strategic Director and will work closely with the RLT cross-functional team.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the development and execution of innovative go-to-market strategies in Radioligand therapies for existing and new market segments by incorporating customer & patient needs, health care system barriers, competitive dynamics, and portfolio positioning
- Identify and creating bold and nation-wide initiatives to address healthcare system barriers to RLT adoption and implement solutions to address the care gap identified
- Elevate Novartis leadership in the radiopharmaceutical area by establishing long term partnership commitments with relevant HCS stakeholders
- Develop a thorough understanding of the customer’s business drivers and priorities as well as their challenges and opportunities, working closely with internal medical and commercial field teams and aligning with internal cross functional leadership.
- Building strong and effective customer relations to secure the Novartis ambition to establish Novartis the preferred partner.
- Develop KPI and Monitoring/tracking tools, analysis KPIs and outcomes to propose solution for broader implementation
Essential Requirements:
- Deep understanding of compliance and ethical guidelines for HCP interactions
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to integrate field insights into planning, strong business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional ability to thrive in a field-based, cross-functional environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, set priorities, and achieve goals in a timely manner.
- Flexibility to travel
Desirable Requirements:
- Expertise in oncology, nuclear medicine, or radioligand therapy, with a focus on prostate cancer
- Bilingual would be consider a strong asset
