About the Role
Location: Kurtköy, Istanbul, Turkey #On-Site

Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Operations oversight and management at the site
- Inbound and Outbound Quality Assurance supervision
- Review and approval of Master Batch Records, ensuring product release
- Quality Assurance for Quality Control, Analytical Science & Technology, and Operational Excellence
- Initiating local hiring and driving Operational Excellence projects
- Investigating deviations, Out of Specifications, and complaints, implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions
- Supporting transfer projects, validation studies, and new equipment commissioning
- Ensuring compliance with Health Safety Environment incidents, reviewing and revising Standard Operating Procedures and monitoring training status
Essential Requirements:
- University degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or similar
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry (production, quality or similar), preferably in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and understanding of local regulations
- Team leadership experience
- Fluency in English and Turkish
