About the Role
Key responsibilities:
~Lead the design and implementation of the strategy and respective tactical plans of health economics to the Mexican market for innovative health platforms (i.e. radioligands, gene therapy, among others) with a focus on achieving reimbursement in relevant public and private institutions.
~ Build innovative strategies/projects in the market with a focus on maximizing the company's impact in the country.
~ Create pharmacoeconomic proposals for the respective pipeline; in addition to developing innovative financing schemes.
~ Develop and implement the pricing strategy at the local level
Key Performance Indicators
~ Achievement of Novartis local P&R and acquisition objectives
~ Effective use and improvement of tracking systems to measure access.
~ Shorten product time to market
~Improved/expanded patient access
Minimum Requirements:
-4+ years of experience in health economics, Pharmacoeconomics and reimbursement processes in Mexico.
-Demonstrated ability to understand and clearly communicate scientific and economic issues.
-Knowledge of national healthcare, the regulatory environment of P&R processes and medication listing.
-Great negotiation and analysis skills
-Proficient English and Spanish
