About the Role
Role Title: Technology Integration Product Director – Access Management
Location: Hyderabad
Roles and responsibilities:
- Co-designs the Enterprise Unified Access Management transformation with inputs from GCO
- Define the GCO-specific strategy and multi-year roadmap for UAM product in close collaboration with SIT LT, Business and ISC/IT aligned with enterprise-wide UAM
- Single point of contact in GCO for all Access Management related topics, including SPOC for Inspections and Audits
- Provide leadership and oversight for the UAM Product and lead the UAM product releases
- Conduct periodic reviews of current practices and operations to ensure compliance with strategic direction and highlight and rectify any anomalies
- Conduct training sessions for stakeholders in the best use of the UAM product
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or computer science required. Advanced Degree in scientific or business preferred
- 15+ years overall experience and 5+ years relevant experience in access management
- Strategic thinking and design
- Profound understanding to design and execute various aspects of Access Management Strategies
- Good understanding of GCP and relevance of Access Management for compliant execution of clinical trials in Development
- Good understanding of Technologies for IAM, Multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, API management, Federation and SAML and Directory Services.
- Good understanding of best-practice access management processes in Industry
- Proficient in security frameworks and risk management
- Proven track record in working across a matrix organization and demonstrates expert skills in building partnerships, negotiating agreements; excels at collaboration with diverse internal and external organizations.
- Strong decision making and influencing skills with ability to work with across the board with senior business and technology partners
