About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the maintenance & automation team in ensuring that equipment, infrastructure, and buildings are fully operational, compliant with regulatory, GMP, and HSE standards, and meet future requirements.
- Develop and maintain a technical site strategy plan including Capex Plan, equipment recapitalization, and budgeting, and oversee its implementation.
- Drive the automation strategy for the entire site and manage investment projects to fulfill the automation strategy.
- Represent the engineering team for maintenance and calibration activities and deputize the Engineering Head when necessary.
- Drive the Recapitalization Plan for the site and track the status of the equipment park.
- Ensure that the maintenance strategy is aligned with global engineering standards and needs.
- Ensure that the spare part budget is realized according to targets.
- Define and execute asset strategy, implement maintenance strategy and program, plan resources for maintenance and calibration, control backlogs of work orders, and select vendors/contractors.
Essential Requirements:
- University degree in engineering or similar
- Min. 7 years of experience
- Experience with leading blue-collar employees
- Fluent English
- Project Management experience
- Good collaboration skills
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience from a pharmaceutical industry is a plus
