About the Role
~ 确保企业指定区域内BPA战略目标的运营转化
~ 向管理层提供准确的相关业务分析，为月度运营审核和临时请求提供支持，确保及时准确地收集信息。
~ 进行分析以评估风险或机会；针对降低这些风险提出建议。
~ 为域中的投资/项目提供财务分析和决策支持
~ 确保妥为监控和衡量持续业务绩效，与业务合作伙伴对资源重定向提供预警。
~ 提供准确的运营信息和建议，为年度预算、滚动预测和战略规划流程提供支持。
~ 确保商业团队所提供数据的完整性，并提供增值服务；针对提高预测准确度提出建议。
~ 提供完善的优质财务分析，以改进商业案例策划书和提高盈利能力跟踪。
~ 不断改进和简化目前的管理报告流程，为明确和实施精实流程提供支持，满足企业不断变化的需求。
~ 可监督BPA专家小组的绩效和建立。
~ 收到后 24 小时内报告与诺华产品相关的技术投诉/不良事件/特殊情况
~ 营销样本的分发（适用）
