In this position, you will be responsible for executing the organization's overall test methodologies and approaches within our QMS (Quality Management System) application, which you will support from a test perspective. In this role, you will bring industry expertise, software-testing experience, and execute in line with product development, devops and GxP best practices.
About the Role
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Drive the standard execution of each test phase (system, integration, functional, regression, acceptance etc.) in your product scope.
- Contribute to the refinement and ongoing improvement of the test management strategy for our QMS (Quality Management System).
- Execution of test governance and associated standards within your Quality Management System application team.
- Participate in all ceremonies being accountable for testing assessment, provide estimation support and ensure execution on quality and time (e.g., refinement, retrospective, sprint reviews…).
- Ensure all test related deliverables are created to quality in line with strategy and approach.
- Support formal review cycles including informal review, formal review, testing sign-off and quality assurance reviews focused on continuous improvement.
- Utilize test environments, test data and test related tooling in accordance with CEP and Novartis standards. Collaborate with other test management experts in the overall test approach and framework.
- Collaborate with peers globally in scaling test teams, processes, and standards. Maintain alignment with CEP management in terms of strategy, process, and tooling.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role with a shown record of accomplishment as a QA Engineer.
- 3+ years’ experience working with Trackwise Digital or similar EQMS tools
- Track experience in multiple test management tools including Proton. Business proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Attention to detail: QA engineer should be able to spot minor details the systems, as well as the details that contribute to a top priority application
- Effective written and spoken communication skills. Ability to negotiate and liaise with stakeholders. Critical thinking attitude
- Eager to learn and grow in the AI field. Adaptability to new technologies, methodologies, and project requirements
Good to have
- 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry working in QMS
- Trackwise Digital training would be advantageous
- Salesforce certifications. Experience validating efficiency of AI outputs and identifying hallucinations
- Test Automation experience with Tosca and/or Playwright
