About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team. This role plays a key part in driving financial performance by providing data-driven insights, financial planning, and strategic decision support.
Key Responsibilities
• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning in a manufacturing industry.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze financial results, variances, and trends to provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including dashboards and KPI summaries.
• Strategic Support: Partner with department heads to align financial goals with operational strategies.
• Cost Management: Monitor expenses, identify areas for cost savings, and support efficiency initiatives.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis, special projects, and decision-making support.
• Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure adherence to corporate and country financial regulations and support internal and external audits.
Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and reporting in manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
