Description: As a BPA Manager, you will drive strategic decision-making through complex analysis and reporting for large-revenue country operations. This role combines financial acumen with business partnership, providing critical insights and value-added analysis to support management teams. You'll be instrumental in shaping operational strategy and ensuring business excellence through data-driven recommendations.

About the Role
- Partner with management to deliver strategic insights through comprehensive business analysis and performance monitoring
- Lead financial planning processes including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning initiatives
- Conduct risk and opportunity analyses, developing actionable recommendations for business optimization
- Drive investment decisions through robust financial analysis and business case development
- Monitor and evaluate business performance metrics, providing early warning signals for resource reallocation
- Validate commercial data integrity while offering recommendations for forecast accuracy improvement
- Optimize management reporting processes to meet evolving business needs
- LDC experience preferable

- Proven experience in financial management and operations
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization and insight generation
- Advanced proficiency in AI-driven analytics and process optimization
- Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders and manage ambiguity
- Excellence in critical thinking and rapid problem-solving capabilities
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and business value drivers
- Strong compliance awareness and control management skills
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication abilities
