• Accountable for acting as an intermediary between clients and vendor partners.
• Create superior designs that align with the Project Management Office (PMO) roadmap and adhere to established project schedules.
• Contribute to the product standards, design, and strategic planning.
• Adheres to firm’s PMO, Agile Transformation and Branding guidelines
• Proficiency in designing and managing services across multiple geographies and tiers.
• Maintain effective and consistent communication with teammates, peers and the leadership team.
• Proficiency in overseeing projects or programs operating on various Microsoft platforms, including SharePoint Online, Project Online, React, and Azure, through the stages of design and implementation.
• Serve as an expert in UX, Microsoft technologies, and operational management.
About the Role
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Capability to help client’s structure their requirement and build functional and design flow to manage delivery of requirements Signed-Off.
- Adapts personal communication style to the style of others, develops rapport and stays calm under pressure or escalating issues using advanced oral and written English communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written skills including strong cross-cultural communication and the ability to draft effective communications
- Ability to work with people in a variety of cultures, countries and time zones
- Expert knowledge on MS Project Online – Implementation, Maintenance
- Expert know how of Project Management, Project Delivery
- Deep knowledge and Experience with managing MS Teams design
- Expert level knowledge in designing custom apps over MS Teams
- Served as the lead design Engineer for Office 365 Platform services in SharePoint Online, Teams for PMO Services
- Platform Expertise using Microsoft Graph, Power Apps, Flow and O365 Groups
- Build design artifacts for Engineering and operational teams
- Good understanding of the technical aspects of the product(s)
- At least 4-5 years of relevant experience on mentioned technologies
