About the Role
工作职责：
项目管理：
- 参与合同谈判，确保条款符合公司利益，监督合同执行，确保各方履行义务
- 制定并执行项目计划，确保项目按时按目标完成；
- 协调跨部门资源，推动项目进展；
- 识别并管理项目风险，及时解决问题。
合作伙伴关系管理：
- 维护与合作伙伴的良好关系，确保双方目标一致；
- 定期沟通，汇报项目进展并高效解决合作中的问题。
沟通协调：
- 作为项目主要联络人，协调公司内部与外部合作伙伴的沟通；
- 组织会议，确保信息及时传达；
项目汇报：
- 定期撰写项目报告，向管理层汇报项目成果及进展。
战略支持：
- 参与制定与合作方合作战略，支持公司业务目标，同时分析市场趋势，提供决策建议；
绩效评估：
- 评估项目绩效，识别改进提升的机会，并督促合作伙伴改进提升；
- 评估合作伙伴的绩效，确保合作效果。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，英文熟练；
2、有3年以上医药行业相关的项目管理经验者优先；
3、熟练办公软件，包括PPT，EXCEL等；
4、有很强数据分析能力，能通过运营数据分析其效果，从而对后续项目执行进行优化；
5、具有良好的逻辑思维和统筹协调能力、较强的文字和语言表达能力，跨部门间的沟通协调和优秀的项目管理能力。
