About the Role
Location: Schaftenau, Tirol, Austria #Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for production capacity, resource planning and inventory on a tactical level.
- Active management of demand planning with CMO (contract manufacturing organization)
- Coordinate the Supply Planning Review and action plans that resolve resource constraints and shortages.
- Optimize local planning processes: Investigate and develop functionalities of new planning tools in order to optimize planning processes.
- Lead the planning parameters and master data in an ERP system.
- Prepare action plans to achieve the supply performance objective.
- Handle supply important metric reporting and analysis.
Essential Requirements:
- University degree in economics, life sciences or any other relevant education
- 5 years of working experience in planning (production) or supply chain
- Fluent in English is a must, German is a plus
- SAP knowledge is a must, APICS certification is a plus
- Learning agility, great communication skills, collaborative

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 64,023.54 /year (on a full time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies. We are open for part-time and job sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
